I was approached by this company promising they could get me into a home. Shanna was so sweet and acted like she cared. Tara never followed up and Chris never made calls back. Now I see they used to be called American Dream Home and abruptly closed before opening Qualified Home Solutions. The only thing they are qualified to do is take money and ignore customers. More and more people are emerging that have been screwed by this company. Come on State of Texas! Do something to shut Chris Alerez, Tara Gavin and Shanna Biladeau and send them to prison!!!!

Qualified Home Solutions Customer Care Review from Ben Bolt, Texas

I am having a similar problem with them. When I first in the world everything was great. The company at the time was named American Dream Home. I made my monthly payments and somewhere around the end of my payments the company was sold or the name was changed to qualified Home Solutions. I was working with a woman named Tara Garvin. I did receive letters from the credit bureaus and I fax them back to town like I was supposed to. Then out of nowhere I stopped receiving letters they stopped answering the phones and they stop calling me. This was a mid 2015. I started the program in late 2014 early 2015. It wasn't until the end of April 2016 that I left a message on the recording that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Fraud. Then miraculously I received an email and phone call from a man named Chris. I got a long story of all kinds of BS. How I talk to him today and they're telling me that I have to be in some kind of credit portal that's going to cost me an additional 15 $16 a month. I was supposed to be in a home almost a year ago. Now they want more money and they couldn't do their job right the first time.

Disappointed to say the Least

I signed up with a company called Qualified Home Solutions. They PROMISED I would be in a home by March 2016. For 5 months they have taken $600 from me and have not done one thing to educate, assist or guide me through my credit issues or the process of becoming qualified. The Credit person has continually ignored my emails, no one ever answers their phones. I asked for an update and have been completely ignored from this company. Finally the so called owner did respond briefly, but was giving me the run around. I have asked for a refund but have so far not seen a dime nor have they bothered to respond to my request. The only thing they appeared to be qualified in is poor customer service and taking peoples money without any follow up or communication.

I was curious to see if these idiots were still in the ripping people off business and came across this old blog. Apparently I wasn't the only one who fell for their promises hopefully they are NO longer in the ripping people off business.

We are having that same problem. Me and my husband want our money now.

I am so glad I googled them I was just about to give them $250, thanx for your blog

Yes I am finding a lot of people with the same experience. Took me for $900 and another couple of people I have found for upward of $2500. I hear there is a class action being organized against them.

Follow up, as of April 13, 2016 this company has NOT addressed me personally. I filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC and the Consumer Fraud Division in Texas.

They did not respond to letters sent to them by the BBB they had 22 days to do so. Interestingly after these letters were sent by the BBB I did receive a phone call from a Rep from their company, they sent ONE letter to my creditors this was suppose to be done in Dec. I returned their call only to be ignored once again. I posted a bad review on their FB page, their response was blaming me claiming I did NOT follow their program, untrue.

I only became annoyed after 3 months of their lack of communication, follow up and customer service. They are refusing to send me a refund of the money I paid them. This company dropped the ball NOT me and by the end of Feb and their unwillingness to address my valid concerns did I stop payment to them. All I asked was a summary or report of what was being done on my case.

At this point I now have to hire a lawyer to get a refund. I do not suggest anyone to join their program as their unprofessional and completely lack of communication is outrageous and poor poor practice.

I wished there was more on the net about this company. I'm in the exact same boat as you.

They took me for $900 and promised to help me get into a home. they are predatory in their tactics. Shanna seems so sweet as she is dragging you in "final opportunity" letters. I did not even approach them.

They found my name off an application I as filling out on line and called me with all kinds of promises. They will be out of business if I have anything to do with it.

They are ripping Americans off with promises of helping but just want our money. Totally disappointed in this fraud scheme.
