I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! My wireless charger came in as defective, and I've been trying for 3 days to get a replacement.
All I get is emails over and over asking for the stuff such as videos, pictures and order number that I just keep submitting over and over.
I finally ordered and paid for a replacement from a 3rd party vendor. Do not order from Quad lock directly.

Buy a case for my new iPhone 17 pro max and a orange ring, my card was charged and never received the e- mail with tracking number, I been trying to contact since September 19 without any help. I’m not really “pissed” i was just frustrated because i made a mistake on my order and was confused on what i needed for my bike.
I ended up figuring it out, but had to pay more shipping costs to receive the new part and send back the one i bought by mistake.
Website and delivery issues :(
When i have a question or an issue i expect to be able to talk to a live person not automated that has still never contacted me back
Using ups to deliver has been dismal, the length of time for delivery is ridiculous
When i ordered your site said delivery tuesday aug 19 last i checked it is still sitting in ontario.. that is unacceptable!!
As much as i love my quad lock case and wallet I doubt I will order again
The website truly is one of the most confusing why would it let me order a mag wallet and a non mag case?!
Usually if the things you order arent compatible the site shares that with you. now i have paid to have the new mag case sent to me in time for a trip we are now on but it did not arrive when your site said it would very disappointing!!

Parts placement coaching
Though the product seems to be super, I have to say that the chat support is heinously inadequate.
Having bought the handlebar mount pro for my Yamaha touring motorcycle, I went to change the locking lever from black to red.
Upon taking the old lever off the unit flung apart. A metal component, was difficult to place.
I wouldve expected Customer Service staff to have an understanding of the product placement of where things go access to designs.
Nope.

Let me get an expert on the line This is where it becomes totally unaccepted. I was directed to a payment processing option to get further technical support.
My initial reaction was let me put all this crap back in a box and send it back because this is horrific.
I ended up going out to the Internet, YouTube watching some videos spending half an hour of my time to figure out where this metal spring like piece goes.
Quad lock if your stuff so great and youre moving the product maybe just maybe you should get qualified people to manage your customer service and support chat lines or better yet how about providing a phone number that actually works as the one Online does not.

I ordered handlebar mounts for my wife's motorcycle and my own. The original order was received about three weeks later and missing half the parts that I ordered.
Through this site and about six attempts to contact quad lock through their site and many many emails, they finally got back to me and honored the order by sending my the missing parts.
I was really stressing that I was going to be out that money and no parts because it took about two weeks before they got back to me. Thanks Quad Lock!!

There customer service and return policy is the worst I have ever dealt with there product aren’t even that great I will never recommend this anyone do (do better quad lock)
Cant get in touch with someone in person customer service sucks I will never buy anything from this company and I am not recommending this product to anyone there better products out there
