I requested a return label and never received one. So I have a case I can't use and am out over $50. Not able to reach customer service and no response by email either.
I ordered a QuadLock case and was sent the wrong case. I requested a return label and it never arrived.
Now, I have a case I can't use and have lost over $50. Amazon also couldn't provide me with the correct label.

It was not made clear that the quadlock fork stem mount does not work with newer bikes 2024+. All i want is the quadlock pro.

Did not get my order I want to refund
With somebody body, please contact me because I did not receive my product and I did not receive my payment. If nobody is going to contact me.
Im going to contact my bank and tell them that this was a scam that I want my refund. Please reach out to me either by email or any way I can contact you with a phone number or anything like that.

No one answered call
Ive been emailing back-and-forth each time a different person gets back to me and I have to give the info all over again. The equipment that was defected and my phone flew off my Motorcyle I sent pictures.
I am looking for the equipment I need to replace the defected equipment. They can pull up my order by phone number and address that I provided.

It don't fit
This is two small to go around my bars it does go around my bars so the clamp is two small and will not fit so I would like to talk to sum one .
