Magazine Orders never come
Not sure what's going on, but they always have some kind of excuse why several orders have not arrived several months later. Everything is paid for months ago. They say no apartment number, but it's listed right there on the slip! And if they don't understand, why not contact us to ask for correct address. Then they say everything is on the way, but it never arrives. Then they tried to blame it on the magazine companies. Getting sick of this. Lucky if each customer gets a magazine or two!!!! Never again will I buy from QSP, because they are rip-off artists.

QSP FUNDRAISER
I am pissed off. I bought 2 subscriptions back in October of 2011, and am receiving one of them as suppose to be. The problem is only have received 1 copy of the other, and never anymore. I have called QSP phone number and talked to representative 5 different times. Every time I am reassured I will get this issue, they go on and on how I will be compensated, but 6 months later, nothing! I will post this everywhere I can, dont buy from this fundraiser. I will be talking to the school that supports this fundraiser, and report this company that is using the kids to make money off of them . This company is JOKE!!!!!!!

QSP.com double charges and doesn't fix
My 6 year old niece approached me for her school fundraiser, hosted on qsp.com so I purchase $45.00 worth of magazines to support her despite my being tight in money until my next check which was arriving in a couple days. I use a manual budget to keep track of my money. Little did I know QSP double charged me an extra $45, whcih they did to countless people- IT IS ON THEIR MAIN VOICEMAIL admitting their mistake. This mistake caused 7 small purchases I made (totalling less than $35) to each be charged a $37 overdraft fee. The bank confirmed if I had that $45 in my account I wouldn't have received $259 in overdraft fees. QSP promised me they would not credit the money back to my account but rather have the charge removed from my account so that my bank could re-calculate my balance and alleviate my fees. Nope. They credited back $45 and now I have to lose all that money because of their incompetence and unwillingness to fix their errors. This was not a bank error so forget that fight. I just feel that QSP is one of the worst customer service companies I have ever experienced. You would think they would not be taking money from people who are giving to a fundraiser. and once they were aware of their error, fix it. If you have a choice, DO NOT USE QSP.COM, EVER!!

QSP Took my money but no magazine!
QSP took $16 out of my account on 3/27/2008. As of today 8/29/2008 no magazine (Your Big Backyard). Called...they said sorry you ordered under faculty. I did because I'm a teacher. It did not list this particular magazine as being one I couldn't get. They said we can't send you the magazine. I said, "Oh, but you can take my money. How long were you going to keep it?" They had my money for five months. Something needs to be done with them. Do not buy through QSP. Deal with the individual magazine company itself! For a few bucks more my daughter would have had the magazine and I wouldn't have had to deal with incompetence. They said I should get my money in three days. I don't trust them. Would you?
