I was unable to change my autoship for several months. When I tried to contact QScience, I was able to get answers via emails or phone calls.
Every number I called had a recording that the number was unavailable at that time. The lack of communication with your customers is basically why I am canceling my account and my auto-shipment.

I have tried several times during the last months to get in touch with QScience to change my autoship. I sent several emails with no response; I called several times to different phone numbers and always got the message that this number was unavailable at this time.
I'm not sure what's going on but I'm not happy. So please CANCEL my account and do not ship any AUTO-SHIP orders.

I got my capital one bill and a double billing for $ 262.60 was charged by qsciences. Please correct. Iv'e been dealing with qsciences for approximately 5 years now and this is the only time this has happened and I'm positive that this error will be resolved in a timely manner.
