I already cancelled the subscription yesterday on seeing the message that the amount will be processed from my card. but today the amount was auto debited from my account.

Please help with the refund. I request you to take this as a priority.

The plan page is set up to look like you can pay monthly. Once you authorize payment, however, it takes a full year out in bulk.

This is not what was shown. I have tried getting in contact, but there is no phone number for customer service, and nobody is available on their chat feature.

A refund needs to be issued. I immediately canceled my subscription after the bulk charge.

I created a QR code a few weeks ago, and after the 10-day promotional period, I realized it was blocked. Consequently, I opted for the three-month plan and paid for it.

However, if I continue using it, it only redirects to the QRfy page, where it instructs the user to enter if the QR code belongs to them, to activate it. I paid and now the QR code is active on the QRfy website and is working, but the physical one that I had printed is still not functioning.

It's really important for me to avoid reprinting all of them and to have the old QR code start working again. What can you do?

They offer a free QR code like many other businesses. However, the link expires unless you pay them $240 a year!

Dont go for this company. Very minimum trail period.

And subscription charges are very very high. So dont go for qrfy.

They say they offer one free QR code in your free trial, but what they dont tell you is that it will still not work after the trial will end. The most basic subscription plant is $40/month just to keep the code active!

They dont tell you the difference between static and dynamic codes so that by the time the trial ends, if the code does not meet their free trial standard. Extremely fraudulent, a scam.

All you advertising claims state FREE QR code generator that does not expire .

This is not true it does expire and then you are basically holding people to ransom, the QR code I generated through your software now wont work unless I pay your company each month.

I am a self employed artist and not a big company I would never of used your QR code software had I known.

I now spent the only money I had on merch with the QR code on that is unusable .

The pricing plans are very misleading. The monthly fee is presented as the annual fee.

In reality, the annual cost is incredibly high.

They bank on the fact that many businesses will get promotion materials printing using their QR code, and then be trapped in the higher fee. What they are offering is available at a much lower cost elsewhere.

I requested a refund two days ago 5 minutes after I accidentally purchased a year subscription to QRFY. I haven't received a response yet.

I would like a response ASAP to get my refund, especially since I purchased a 3 month subscription instead.

I tried contacting their customer support for an urgent issue, but they don't reply to the emails I have sent, which leads to the loss of money for my business. There are many free QR generating platforms. Try those instead, as this platform charges a huge amount of money.

I have paid for the annuals subscription to ensure I can generate dynamic qrcodes with customized domain. However, the qrcode I generated does not work, after I customized the domain how it is explained in my Warty account, the website was not visible anymore and I have received not answer at all in order to solve this problem, although I already requested several claims from my account, as indicated.

Hi. I just purchased a 3 month plan.

For some reason it is going to the wrong QR code. I have it on my media business card, and its going to my bands website. Need to fix this immediately.
