Wasted money on flyers
Hello,
I created QR codes with your service under the impression they were free and functional.
Now my dynamic QR codes are disabled without warning, which caused me to spend over $60 on professional flyers that no longer work.
This constitutes false advertisement and failure to disclose that free dynamic QR codes will be deactivated.
I am requesting:
1. A refund for the losses incurred (or a free temporary reactivation to salvage my flyers)
2. Clarification on your misleading free plan policy
If I do not receive a resolution, I will file a complaint with the BBB and FTC for deceptive business practices.

- Support behind paywall
- Zero accountability
Preferred solution: An apology, a full refund of my sixty dollars that I wasted on flyers

I designed business cards for a client with two QR codes, they have stopped working after 3 months. Their website states they don't expire, which they shouldn't if they claim you can use it on print materials.
Their website doesn't have a way to contact them, horrible service, they are hiding from the fact they know their frauds.
Preferred solution: I need my codes to work or refund me the cost of the business cards I printed with their QR code that no longer works, even though the website states they don't expire

No one ever contacted me or responded to my emails. QR codes still don't work. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I created 15 qr codes for promotional material from QRcode Monkey was told that they would never expire. Now NONE of them are working and I've printed, distributed and sold over 600 business materials with their codes on them that worked before I distributed them and now two months later they don't!!
There is no one to get in touch with and no one has responded to my emails!
Stay far away from this company! I'll update this if I ever hear from them but I doubt I ever will!
