The call was hung, so I did not manage to speak to anyone. My experience with Qoo10 in the past was quite pleasant. This time run is really disappointing. No wonder the title of this is "Pissed Consumers".

Items are taking too long to process, the same time I bought other things from another two seller on the 3rd August all have already received, accept items from this company (All My Stuffs) until today I still dont see them ship out my items, showing shipping schedule on the 6th, now already, still no movement, are they gonna tell me tomorrow Saturday also no shipping? I am currently joining the Grabpay program, yet you provide this kind of service! Now if I gonna cancel Ill lost a few dollars which I am even not happy, Can Q10 look into its?

Poor Delivery Service

Not Professional, No Assurance, No Responsibility

If anything happens, they will claim that it's customer responsibility

If you engage their service, be prepared to self service till the end and waste plenty of time and money.

Be prepared if ship anything to Malaysia, there is no CS there to pick up the call or just ask you to hold the line until it cut off. If you email them, either no reply or selective question replied but when it comes extra charges and payment, they will respond. What a joke!

Parcel is delay 1 month till now due to the custom clearance issue.

Not up to standard of a delivery company because their CS / website did not provide clear information to protect their customer, and eventually cause the delay which can actually be prevented!

In short, use this service if you needed a nightmare or a bad joke or you needed your day to be spoiled tremendously!

Parcel still stuck long at custom clearance.

Really bad. Parcel delivered out since 10Oct, and today is 30Oct. I made an online enquiry to DHLSg, they said its DHL Msia to handle. I called to DHL Msia, they said Qoo still not release the parcel to them yet. I called up to Qoo, I only realized the parcel still at KL custom. I am very curious what is the processing in this 20 days? And there is no certain answer to release the parcel to DHL. I am doubt the update status checking via DHL website thru Qoo express too. Not accurate at all. The trust level is zero. The reliable level is zero. The delivery speed and service are too slow. The response is even out of my expected.

Paid for Qxpress for same day delivery within Singapore, tells me they are only able to delivery next week the earliest

Paid and ordered an item required for work urgently. Selected for Qxpress for same day within Singapore. WITHIN SINGAPORE, for freak's sake. Had to call up customer service only to find out that their earliest date of delivery is 1 week from date of payment. Bravo, Qoo10. This is the first and last time I will ever use your platform. Utterly disappointed by your corporate incompetence. Oh and before you think it is the vendor's fault, it is not. Vendor has got everything packed and ready to go, but qoo10's competency went through the roof and failed to a.) provide a tracking number, b.) provide a delivery service for pick up and c.) didn't even have the initiative to inform me of 4the late delivery. so yes, a big *** and good bye qpp10, you deserve a spot in ***

Customer service have to be training again

I need to call to customer service three time and third time I have to insist to spoke with person in charges so someone could give me answer or solution. They no even return call to me , just ask a driver to pick up the item and deliver again. So disappointed, is q10 mistake but the customer service just not even care how to settle .just keep asking me to wait for other people call .but I it actually no one take this responsible. Their customer service just like want to entertain client but no action no.solution . First ask me to email . After explaining my case, their not even want to listen more email, t attitude and reply .

Hi, I have been trying for >3 weeks (edited: 4 weeks now)to register as a seller. I am not getting the proper support from the email replies.

It seems like the reply to my query is the following day, until now I am still not a registered seller, if its not the ACRA information, it is the bank info, if its not the bank info its my phone number, if its not my phone number its my ID problem.

everyday I am faced with a new challenge & until now, even though i have requested, there is no call from customer service for the last 3 weeks.

I am already registered on Shopee & Lazada & it only took me 2-3 days.

Please let me know who I can escalate this as I am getting very frustrated. I am surprised there isn't even a hotline for seller, I think Qoo10 can do better than this right?

unfortunately the issue has not been resolved yet . Qoo10 is still taking days to reply to 1 action , then days to reply to another. I have done whatever they have asked me to do but there always seems to be something else I have not done, I don’t understand why it is...
