THERE IS A HUGE GAP GOING ON BETWEEN SHOPCLUES INDIA MANAGEMENT AND ITS MERCHANTS MY PERSONALLY MORE THAN 1.5 MILLION IS STUCK WITH SHOPCLUES EVERY WEEK THEY SAY IT WILL BE RELEASED THIS WEEK THIS WEEK AND THAT GOES ON AND ON
I THINK YOUR FUNDS ARE BEING MISUSED BY SHOPCLUES INDIA TEAM HIGHER MANAGEMENT

IF WE DON'T GET OUR ENTIRE MONEY WITH IN 10 DAYS WE ARE GOING FO FILE A CASE WILL HAVE TO SUE YOU FOR DOING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY WITH INDIAN MERCHANTS AND ALSO FILE A CASE IN INTERNATIONAL COURT.

Poor Delivery Service
Not Professional, No Assurance, No Responsibility
If anything happens, they will claim that it's customer responsibility
If you engage their service, be prepared to self service till the end and waste plenty of time and money.
Be prepared if ship anything to Malaysia, there is no CS there to pick up the call or just ask you to hold the line until it cut off. If you email them, either no reply or selective question replied but when it comes extra charges and payment, they will respond. What a joke!
Parcel is delay 1 month till now due to the custom clearance issue.
Not up to standard of a delivery company because their CS / website did not provide clear information to protect their customer, and eventually cause the delay which can actually be prevented!
In short, use this service if you needed a nightmare or a bad joke or you needed your day to be spoiled tremendously!

Unable to register as seller
Hi, I have been trying for >3 weeks (edited: 4 weeks now)to register as a seller. I am not getting the proper support from the email replies.
It seems like the reply to my query is the following day, until now I am still not a registered seller, if its not the ACRA information, it is the bank info, if its not the bank info its my phone number, if its not my phone number its my ID problem.
everyday I am faced with a new challenge & until now, even though i have requested, there is no call from customer service for the last 3 weeks.
I am already registered on Shopee & Lazada & it only took me 2-3 days.
Please let me know who I can escalate this as I am getting very frustrated. I am surprised there isn't even a hotline for seller, I think Qoo10 can do better than this right?

unfortunately the issue has not been resolved yet . Qoo10 is still taking days to reply to 1 action , then days to reply to another. I have done whatever they have asked me to do but there always seems to be something else I have not done, I don’t understand why it is...
