DEALING WITH A *** COMPANY
Don;t use QML. This company has to score high among the most inane, uncommunicatitive, bland, innefficient, businesses I have ever come accross.
GOT AN INVOICE FOR A PATHOLOGY TEST IN ERROR FROM THEM. TRIED TO RING THEM 10 TIMES BY NOW.
THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. WAIT UP TO AN HOUR. GOT A PHONE CALL AS A RESULT OF ONLINE COMPLAINT SAYING I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY INVOICE. GOT A FINAL DEMAND IN MAIL.
COMPLAINED THRU 'PISSED CONSUMER'. GOT EMAIL SAYING QML IS LOOKING INTO MATTER.
- ALL ACCROSS THE BOARD, FROM QML STAFF TO DOCTORS TO CUSTOMERS, WE HEAR NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS. QML IS A DIEING ENTITY.
