Kept on hold

I called your customer support 3 times to get help and kept on hold for over an 1 1/2. All I was trying to due is see if I could change my flight. If I could fine if not no problem. But i can tell you one thing i will never use your services again,i will go directly to the airlines. It might cost me a few extra bucks but at least i will be able to talk to someone. There is no reason why any of of your customers should have to wait for that amount of time.
