QDRO Consultants Reviews

Do not use this company if you want your QDRO processed in a timely fashion (its been 7 months to date) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After seven months of dealing with this unprofessional company that does not answer phone calls (i always get a voicemail and they have to call me back), does not return phone calls nor follow ups i'm still waiting for them to process my QDRO.

In the seven months I've been dealing with them they have only returned my phone calls twice. I did not hire this company. My ex employer utilizes this company to process their QDRO's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

QDRO CONSULTANTS requires a waiver even after both parties and the judge has approved and signed the QDRO. Although QDRO CONSULTANTS has a signed court document WITH SIGNATURES FROM MYSELF, EX SPOUSE AND THE JUDGE, they are now saying me and my ex spouse have to sign a waiver before the QDRO can be processed (keep in mind I already had to file contempt just to get my ex to sign the QDRO). If my ex spouse refuses to sign QDRO CONSULTANTS waiver, I have to wait another 30 days before they can move forward with processing my QDRO. SINCE WHEN DOES A WAIVER HOLD MORE WEIGHT THAN A COURT DOCUMENT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you DON'T have a year to wait to move forward with your life following a divorce DON'T use QDRO CONSULTANTS. P.S. It shows QDRO Consultants level of professionalism by having their employee post a review and call their "customers" reviews "suspect" and critique their "writing/language".

What happened to the "customer is always right"??? 2.3 is not an accurate description of the rating of this company for an EMPLOYEE RATED IT 5 STARS but everyone else rated it ONE STAR.
