Issue was handled professionally. Great company.
Need access to admin to get insurance reinstated. This can only be done by HR Cobra admin.
No way to get a hold of the company. Cannot find a phone number for Qcell on the internet.

- - I was directed here by OC Solar and Solar Edge.
- - Solar Edge says the issue is with the panels, not their equipment.
The company that did the installation, Solar 360, has not returned emails or calls. I believe they are no longer in business, so I cannot go through them for parts and repairs.
I was directed to you through my new monitoring company, OC Solar. I was also directed to you by Solar Edge, as they are stating the problem is with the panels and not with their equipment.
