Resolved: Payment made by no order number from you
- - Paid on Nov 8; no order number or delivery update.
- - Tried contacting them; no response.
- - Earlier orders were slow, but an order number arrived.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
They eventually refunded the money as there was no order generated next to the payment. We only got a response and action from this company once I had posted a complaint here.In the past they have been very slow in sending out the books I’ve ordered and I would be using them again
We ordered a book through this company on Nov 8th. Payment went through, but despite trying to contact them, we have not even received an order number, let alone an update on delivery time.
We have bought from them before, and dispatch and delivery take way too long, but we always received an order number. They say they are the go-to place for books in Australia, but I think with this and our previous experience with them, we won't be dealing with them again.
