Can’t be bothered to answer a sales question

I PUT THIS QUESTION TO QARDIO

Apple recommended Qardio Arm to work with my Apple Watch. OK so £60-70.

But then looking at the Quardio app to put on my iPhone I see it will cost me a further £39.99 per year to use it.

Am I misunderstanding something

THEY DIDNT ANSWER. I can only presume that they make big profits from the app but dont want it known until folk have already spent out on the monitor.

SAD. THEIR LOSS

Preferred solution: A simple answer to a simple question. But when Cust Serv fails to answer, I always worry that tech support will be worse

Beware of this company. They have taken the money for the goods we ordered but have failed to deliver. We have consistently been trying to contact their Support and Customer services, but Ive heard nothing from them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I figured out the answer to the problem.

I got a quick form email saying that they had received my request for help, but no help appeared. Not good to have to wait so long for some help.

Also, there is no phone number in order talk with someone. My problem probably could have been resolved very quickly if there had been someone to talk to.
