I have been trying to delete my old checking account and add a new checking account for transfers. I have not been able to do that, and I need a transfer from my Capital account to my checking account, my correct checking account. Please assist.

have a new phone and when I go into it, it doesn't show me any money which is in there and I tried to change
my password because I forgot it and it won't let me.
Qapital stole my moneu
- - Money was not returned after withdrawal.
- - Customer service said the issue won't be resolved.
- - Unlinking and closing the account was blocked.
My money was not returned after withdrawal and when I reached out they told me my problem will not be resolved. I hope no one else gets scammed by this company! When I tried to unlink and close out my account I was told it was impossible.

Can’t get my money back!

- - Refund request since Aug 9.
- - No chat support, no phone numbers, no follow-up.
I deposited money into Qapital and several days later upon using the application, I decided to cancel my free trail. I have been attempting to get my money back since Aug 9th!
There are no chat helpers, no phone numbers, nobody to follow up!
Scary! Fortunately, its a small amount and wont break me, but beware!
