have a new phone and when I go into it, it doesn't show me any money which is in there and I tried to change
my password because I forgot it and it won't let me.

Can’t get my money back!
I deposited money into Qapital and several days later upon using the application, I decided to cancel my free trail. I have been attempting to get my money back since Aug 9th!
There are no chat helpers, no phone numbers, nobody to follow up!
Scary! Fortunately, its a small amount and wont break me, but beware!

Qapital stole my moneu
My money was not returned after withdrawal and when I reached out they told me my problem will not be resolved. I hope no one else gets scammed by this company! When I tried to unlink and close out my account I was told it was impossible.

I received a letter on 7/6 stating that a request was made to change my personal information (name/address). I have not made any requests for a name or address change to Qapital. My Name: Lois Williams Address: 64 Whispering Pines Dr, Plantsville, CT 06479.
Preferred solution: Response regarding letter received.
