Didn’t receive rings….
Order rings with express 2 to 3 business day shipping never received them have multiple times tried to contact you and no response. Where is my rings this is a scam it seems . Ill be filing a police report for this.

Try to return product and they will not take it back because receipt was lost and no barcode on boxs

. I'd like Qalo to send a completed and correct engraving.
I can't find a way/address for returning the ring. The engraving was to be "Forever my love".
I received a ring engraved with "Forever my l". Ring is useless as is.

Never was handled
No one contacted me about this and it was not resolved. So I guess I wasted $50 dollars on something that doesnt work or will not get returned or nothing will be done with it so I bought something that was a piece of crap.

Never been contacted by anyone from Qalo and the situation was never handled and lost $50 for a piece of product that doesnt work

I lost 50 dollars because someone gave me this as gift and the register operator rang up another one and gave my friend the one with no barcode and he lost the receipt for it
