The most disgusting employee is Poly who is doing unprofessional job cutting and injuring her clients fingers and offers an insult for apology. Not to mention disgustingly dirty foot bath that are rearly cleaned after they are being used

Disrespectfull and dishonest castomer service
I had an appointment scheduled at 1 pm. My appointment time was given away an addition the owner Poly, did not even remamber about an appointment even an appointment book did not help.
But what was the most disgasting she literally SCREMED at me infront of other people humiliating me by calling me names and DEMANDING wait an hour not to forget that Poly totally forgot about my appointment. This is no way to treat a castomers who support this business.
Seeing how upset I was after Poly humiliated me she did not even offer an apology. Poly was rude and incapable of managing this business .
