The customer service reps do not speak understandable English. They have too much of a dialect. People dealing with the public should speak clear English. Zero dialect.

DI have repeated my self to them 3X they still have not settled my complaint. I purchased 2 items from them and I have filled out all the necessary documents, In each box I am owed a flameless lighter and a 10$ rebate . What a crooked company, dont bother trying to call them they never answer , Ill just go to the BBB

Pyle Audio was supposed to offer a free gift for purchase of 2 items. I filled out all proper documents about the 2 items, and 1 month later still no gift . I do not care about the gift it is the principal. I have tried multiple times to contact them , no dam answer at all . Wish to god I never purchased anything with there dam name on it

I purchased 2 items from this company and both came with a gift of sorts , 1 was a 10.00$ rebate and other was a flameless lighter both as a thank you for purchasing their items . Well I followed all directions and 1month later still no gift , called them Horrible customer service , would never purchase anything from them again

I would like to know if there's a fuse inside one for each side that needs to be changed possibly is not working.

Preferred solution: To know if there's a fuse or two that need to be changed you know sometimes they fuse to speakers so you don't blow them fuse for each side is there a fuse in the system I can change

My amplifier is not working rite

I have one question are there fuses internally you know inside the unit that might have blown meaning the fuse is bad and can be changed if it can be changed I will change it myself please let me know as soon as possible thank you.

1 month after receiving amp stopped working. Customer support is a joke, one email replied "Cherio, with no instruction on next step to get the product warranted.

Numerous attempts to resolve with Pyle. They never responded after the original contact of which was an absolute joke.

I went back to Amazon, called their help line, and described what happened despite the return window being closed. They considered my lengthy membership and returned my purchase price in full. If I were Amazon, I would boot Pyle from ever conducting business on there.

Their warranty is worthless, their customer support and service, including the phone lines that disconnect after selecting options is worthless, and their equipment is chinese junk! Don't waste your time or money on any brand related to them.

Orded amp for tv bookshelf speakers. Sounded decent at first but one day after return window with amazon closed the amp quit working. I registered it for warranty upon arrival. Got a 3 month extended warranty for doing so. filed claim on their site. Response was non helpful and nothing sense. phone hangs up.

They've offered me a 20 dollar refund for a 60 dollar purchase!don't waste your money. If I had known I would have purchased a better product elsewhere.

Bought in July 5, 2022. Stop working on November 2022. I have valid warranty till September 29, 2023. I sent proof of purchase. Customer service told me that they do not have replacement in stock and cannot provide date when I be able to get replacement. Mean time I swim without MP3 player. That is bad.
