- Conflicting identity verification messages; escalation yielded 24-48 hours, but 192 hours later no resolution.
I completed a large auction. When completing identity verification, I received a message that I was finished.
However, another message said they were unable to complete my verification. I completed the customer service form.
I received an email that said my situation was escalated and I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. Well, 192 hours later, it is still not resolved and there has been no communication from the company.

User's recommendation: DO NOT place ANY items in auction or buy now until you complete the verification process. I just hope I am able to get the proceeds from my sells.

This is pertaining to Fanatics Collect. There are currently, not one, but two open cases in your possession for this same issue.....neither of which have been resolved.
Both cases were opened by using the support firm on your site. After BOTH cases were opened, I received your blanket statement that I will be contacted in 24-48 hrs. After BOTH cases, the only communication I received as a result of these cases was that it would be escalated. The only real communication I've received came as a result of my post here on PissedConsumer....NOT my complaint on your website.
