Puzzle wasn't created properly, so Imx asking if I can cancel it & redo it so it's correct. I didn't realize I had to create an account before I created the puzzle. So, hoping to cancel and redo.

I just noticed that there are some duplicate photos in my puzzle which hasn't just been ordered. Is there anyway I can cancel the order and redo itI had an issue creating it because, I would get one done and it would delete it so I had to redo 5-6 times, realized I should have account did that and was able to get it done however by that time I had missed putting in some important photos and some duplicates.
Can I cancel, redo it, and get it correct perhaps?

- I'm not angry, just had issues with signature requirements and losing shipping ticket email, first puzzle was good and I'd recommend your company.
I feel bad because Im not extremely pissed. Its kind of a tough name for a website that Im not pissed at just some details that were my fault.
I am hoping that a signature required and having to go into another app to do this you might think about removing from the receipt. Just a suggestion thank you for all of your patience and my puzzle just waiting on the second one was extremely worried because I lost the ticket information for shipping and it had said that a signature was needed. This was my fault because I lost the email that you sent me of the ticket then I couldnt get into the app required from UPS to sign because this is a gift from my father I was so worried from time restraint, Im still waiting on one more puzzle but the one that I did get that I was freaking out over is so good. I am so pleased and so happy just waiting for the second one.

My dad has everything and I can never think of something that he doesn’t have so this was a great creative present that I just stumbled across on the Internet. I think so far that the product is great and the turnaround is great. I’m just waiting for the second puzzle.
