Didn"t care about this customer

I've been using PushPay for several months no complaint. So I decided to go automatic with my payments. In July 2020 I paused my payment so that nothing would come out of my account in August. Ofcourse PushPay's system didn't follow up with this and charged me anyway. My bank account went into overdraft and when I called to have PushPay fix their mistake and refund my money they LIED and said that I sisnt oauae my payment till August. PushPay also blamed the institution that I was making the payment to and never accepted responsibility for their mistake. I'm telling any and everyone I can that PushPay sawant honor their notifications about pausing their pay options. This caused me an over draft change of $70 as two items were not paid sue to PushPays negligence. PushPay owes me $160 as I'm reporting this. Whatever you do DONT ever use auto payments with PushPay. I learned a costly lesson
