Your automated system sucks and cannot understand simple english and I keep repeating myself...Gave up

They refused to let me cancel my month-to-month membership in person and over the phone. This business is committing fraud since they do not allow people to cancel their memberships even if they are at the fitness club in person.
Preferred solution: The gym needs to close down since they pull this crap on everyone.
