I bought a purple plus with a headboard and foundation with premium setup (they put it together for you). Two weeks later they came unannounced and we were not prepared.
We had just moved. They said they would come back. After having to call purple numerous times, they returned two weeks later. They claim delivery in 2-5 days.
It has been over a month this time. The two workers came finally. We left them to their work. A little later they came down and frantically wanted me to sign off on their work.
I insisted on going upstairs. I WAS SHOCKED! The mattress was extremely defective, with layers missing from its core. The edges were rolled up with no material inside and the mattress size was even wrong.
Did I mention the grease smear from top to bottom? Not only that. The foundation was not assembled correctly, and they stripped the bolts out of the headboard, leaving it flopping against the wall. I called immediately and I was told "Oh that one doesn't look good" and then I was told I could not return the bed and frame.
This was a 4,000 bed, and I get the worst product and service in my life. This is a warning, purple has no quality control/quality or a constructive service team.
They are bordering on scamming people. Soon I with contact Federal Trade Commission to report Purple.

Honestly I can not review the bed as I still have not gotten it. I ordered on 7/5/24.
Today is 7/14/24 .Their website says 1-2 days shipping.
I've been given the run around this whole time. If you order a purple mattress, don't do it through the website!!

Verified ReviewerDid not honor Warranty for Defect
I bought 2 bed mattresses last 2019 that was defective. According to their website, they give out 10 years warranty.
However, when I tried to claim it, they gave me an ambiguous warranty clause that gave them the excuse not to honor it.
For a 1000usd product, their customer service and warranty is the worst. BEWARE ON PURCHASING, if you get a defective one you won't get any replacement!
