Organic coffee

I ordered Puroast organic House blend. I usually put beans into my coffee machine without even looking at them. But that coffee was absolutely awful. When I opened the bag, I found about 1/3 of beans were completely burned. They were color of coal, with ash in the bag. They were burned to the degree of being carcinogenic. I contacted customer support twice, but did not get any reply. Thrown out the whole bag. ******** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ************
