Purity Products review: They make it diffitult to cancel

They hook you on an auto shipment then make it difficult for you to cancel. I tried to cancel my shipment 2 weeks before it was due to ship. I had to call "customer service" to cancel. I was informed while on the call that my order had already shipped that morning! Of course they could not stop the shipment. They shipped the order 2 weeks before it was due to ship to try to squeeze another charge. I had to wait for the shipment then physically take it to the Post Office and write "Refused" on the box. Now I am still waiting for a refund. Very sleazeball tactics. When I pushed the "customer service" person as to why I had to call them to cancel and why could I not do it on the website he told me "we just want to make sure that is what you really want to do". Really! Very unprofessional. I should have known better listening to their infomercial when a chiropractor was giving the pitch and the *** interviewer kept calling him Dr.

Purity’s customer service is a joke they never listen to the customer and always Get rescheduled shipments wrong. After Ten years I quit.

I received a post card advertising a free bottle of Trans-Resveratrol. I placed the order but when I attempted to put the order number on the website. It refused to recognize my order as a real one. I waited till it shipped and still, it would not recognized my order. Very little direction on just how this works so if I was doing this wrong then it is news to me. I assumed they just needed my e-mail and order number. No details on how this was a free product. Do I get a refund, a credit on my card? What just happens. I should have known better. If it is too good to be true then it certainly is. I emailed customer service and got crickets....nothing. The website is very slick with some guy who says he is the owner on there talking about this free offer. What a scam. My last order to these thieves....ever.

These are thieves. I ordered a free facial cream and paid 4.95 for shipping.

I was charged 89.00 and shipping. Trying to reverse it is a nightmare. I called my bank to let them handle it. I received a note from Purity that my future order has been canceled.

They refused to refund my 89 bucks. If it says free.

don't get it. You will be gipped.

Hope you didn't use a credit card or order online - you've probably been hacked. Contact your credit card company to decline any charges from this "vendor". Also scrub your computer with Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool.

Purity Products isn't worth it

I set up an auto ship with Purity Products last June. The first shipment or two, were fine, then we decided we wanted to cancel. The first time I went to my auto ship, I was irritated that I couldn't cancel on line and had to call during business hours. Interesting I can set it up 24/7 but have to call to cancel. The time was outside normal business, so I changed frequency to 12 weeks (max time). Then I called. After saying no thanks not less than 6x, I yelled at this person and told them I'm the customer and I'm canceling this order. It showed up again. I was ticked. I then sent email after trying to explain to another person I no longer wanted the service. Yesterday it showed up again. Do not do auto ship unless you want it forever. My only other answer will be to dispute the charge via credit card. Then they will be interested in talking to me! I'm a Quality professional, and can't believe they employ these tactics. They aren't the cheapest place in town, but definitely the hardest to stop. I will never spend my money with them again.

Allow me a means to return this shipment and the previous un-ordered shipment with a full refund. Total is $159 per order. I'm fine for another proposal, but ignoring me and setting up their site to prevent cancellation is frustrating

I'm very dissapointed and upset with the company (Purity products) as I was a customer for approximately one year and when I attempted to stop service the automatic withdrawal ha taken place already, the amount was a substantial amount. I attempted to have my money returned and accirding to their rep. My bank would not accept the money, how convenient, I had to pay fir the return of the product and the company continued blaming my financial institution for not accepting my refund. I had to get my bank involved as purity products would not get me my refund and kept blaming my bank. Be very aware as this company will due everything to keep your money.

Purity Products - Trial Product Review from Mountain View, California

I ordered the ojc trial 1/6 and received the trial product 1/15. Eleven days later 1/26, unbenounced to me they shipped out more product and charged my credit card $154.80. I called to cancel 1/30, 15 days after I received the trial product. A couple months later, I noticed the charge on my credit card and called to dispute the charge. This is when I was told that they had shipped out more product 1/26, 4 days prior to my canceling. It was now 2 months later and I have never received this automatic shipment. They then told me I had 60 days to return the product but that it was now 4 days past that guarantee period. How am I supposed to return a product within 60 days that I never received, that I never even knew had shipped. These manditory auto shipment programs are a set up to trap those who live unorganized busy lives and either forget to cancel unwanted shipments or don't monitor their bills very well but this one is the worst I've ever seen. I have never seen a company only give 15 days in which to both try the product and cancel. Any kind of reputable health product requires more than 15 days for results to be noticed. I take a ton of health products, suppliments, herbal vitamins and the like. I canceled the program before I even got a chance to assess the product simply because I didnt want to get stuck with automatic shipments. I certainly didn't expect that canceling 15 days into the trial would be too late and I certainly didn't expect to get stuck paying for an auto shipment that I never received. Well, Puritan's Pride and Vibrant Health will be very happy to know they won't have to compete with Purity Products for the hundreds of dollars I spend on nutritional products each month. Purity Products may have gotten me once but honest, trustworthy companies like Puritan's Pride and Vibrant Health have my business for life!

I was divorce 3 month ago , my ex used the trial package, the following month after he received the tryout package, we cancelled our banks account, and the bank gave me a new credit card , well this month I notice on my bank statement that purity product has tacking $126.08 from my checking account, so I called at purity and they are telling me that my ex has to call in , but my question is how did they get my new checking account, and who authorize them to get into my account, I've ask to speak to the Supervisor and (Sahara) said that he's not available so I ask for the Manager and she kept telling me the same thing that all of them are too busy to answer my question, that my ex have to call them to cancelled, and I told them that I didn't know where my ex is living or phone number , so purity said that they can't do anything about it because its not my account with them ,so I told them that this is my checking account that they are tacking the money from, so they hung the phone on me.this people are rip off.
