Ripped off on acai trial, for 10 months!!!!!!!!

Total Nightmare, taken advantage of by false advertisement and the company refused to accept my written cancellation. I have spoken to them by phone, letters, and it amazes me that when a product continues to be returned with a note written "account cancelled product refused" they continue to send it and charge my account. I need someone to help me get the remaining 5 months credit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the phone number is 877-300-**** the operations mgr is Rebecca at Purity 12, my email is shazy1000@***.com can anyone help me! I realllly need my money with the economy I would NEVER have continued the product and even wrote a note when I returned the product after 2 weeks that I couldnt take it due to other medications.

Your complaint is actually against “Purity 12” not us, we are “Purity Products” and have no affiliation with Purity 12. We have contacted Pissed and asked them to move your complaint over to the correct company “Purity 12” – but in the meantime we wanted you to know that we are unable to assist you with this complaint. Charge Your Account Not Wanting the Product

I recommend NEVER NEVER by this product, they charge on your account even though you don't want this product and Purity 12 Colon, Life Cleanse, Aci Berry do not work. They will not work with you, but Scam to continue to charge your account. They will not let me return the product, even though I have not open. I think that that is very unfair to the consumer that you can not return a product you don't want or does not work. And customer service telling you, your one of those people that do not read the fine print. I don't this that should have been said to me. But, once again, charging on your account without authorization is unfair to the consumer.
