I ordered pro plan heart care. I received my bag of dog food today in a box. The bag of dog food was slashed wide open. Now this happened prior to shipping. All of the dog food was emptied into the box. My Vet had told me to make sure the food stayed in the bag, as it had something on it to help them. I called the company but got no call back
