Resolved: Great customer service
The information I received was sufficient.
I called concerned about a YouTube video I saw. Making unsubstantiated claims of health warnings.
The Purina staff assigned to awnser the call. We're very warm pleasant and helpful. I was absolutely satisfied with the information I received. They even offered me coupons for my cats food.
So sweet. They actually cared.

Tidy Cat Kitty Litter stopped clumping all the way.
I would clean the box and the clumps retaining urine would fall apart before I could get them in the bag.

A very rude representative stopped by my business today unannounced and just started walking up. Obviously, we were busy, one would think to ask, right?
She was there and she said she just wanted to ask us about what we feed our horses. I told her we were happy with what we feed them and didn't want to change. Regarding what she was trying to sell, she said nothing, but then she proceeded to try to sell us something.
She was very unprofessional and very rude when she left. Her name is Faith Ebel.

Repeatedly getting bad feed
I have repeatedly received bad feed and will no longer feed any Purina products. When you pay the ridiculous price for feed you should be able to feed it when you get it home.
