Called today to see if I could pick up a hose clip for my water softener. I was told they did not stock parts and that a tech would have to come and determine what was needed for 75.00 plus part. Money grab.

Great products and service

we purchased the new water conditioner and alkaline machine from Puretech water systems. We are 100% satisfied and it is the best decision we have ever made. We are highly recommend it to other people as we have been able to save money and they have the best alkaline machine in the market. Their new ROpad alkaline machine has helped us to lose weight and we are not taking medications for our diabetes disease. We have tested the PH and ORP in the water and our systems has had wonderful results. We also have been able to save at least over $150 on our cleaning supplies since we use their water conditioner.

New account with lien on my house

I purchased a puretech water filtration system. It was not explained to me that as part of the purchase they would put a lien on my house. thats right, a lien on my house to finance a home filtration system. I have not even made the first payment yet, as it is due at the end of this month. the product is not bad, its actually really good, but thier financing is the pits. The salesperson does not disclose this fact. Also castle Credit from 8430 w brynmar in chicago IL is the collection agency that I had to pay 150 bucks to in order to get something called a subordination so that I could refi my house. It seems that they send thier brand new accounts directly to collection agencies in order to collect the payments. I got the system in january 2010, and it is february.
