Terrible customer service
- - Package was returned for missing apartment number.

I had a package that did not have my apartment number on it, so it was sent back. I reached out to PureFormulas, and they sent out another one.
It said it was delivered but was not. I contacted them again and the supervisor (Christopher) was rude!
He hung up on me several times, told me I was wrong, and lied to me. Do not ever order from here if you want to have to deal with packages not being delivered and *** customer service.

This is email I sent to Pure-RevivaDerm-Cream. My wife ordered the free trial of these products.
She did not read the fine print that said she would get billed after 14 days if she didn't cancel. I read your terms on your website and it doesn't make sense that the trial starts the day you order. That doesn't give you much time to test the product when you only have a few days after receipt to try it. No way to give it a fair evaluation.
We spoke to the 3rd. party company today and finally reached an agreement for a refund.
As I stated above this is a deceptive sales process. Please look at the picture below and explain how these products are worth $89.95 apiece.
This crap should cure cancer for that price per ounce.

I placed an order 12/31 and received a confirmation 12/31.
1/2 received a message my order had been mailed, but it hadn't.
Received multiple requests for me to leave positive feedback and they hadn't even shipped my order yet!
They finally shipped my order 2/3. Over a month after I placed my order.
IF the item was on back order, they should have/could have notified me.
But no worries for them. They charged me 12/31 anyway!
I sent multiple emails inquiring about my order but they never responded. Just sent me requests for positive feedback.
I won't buy from them again!
