Renew membership

I tried to get hold of someone reset password and renew service.I Couldn't get hold of anyone when I did it was excellent service .Very friendly and helpful HappyNeeded help and got it this time.Person was courtesy personified.vety good representative .The experience was great..Hope all people are going to be like him.

I contacted you in 2022 early and told you I did not want pure Flix anymore there again. I noticed you charge my account for 2023. I need to be credited for both years.

I did not authorize you to charge me for 2023 account. I contacted you to cancel my membership in 2022. Evidently you charged me I have not watched any of pure Flix and 22 and I request you refund me for both 2022 and 2023. You're very hard to get a
