Very sorry, for this post. they actually resolved the issue and im happy with them now
Pure Reputation is a scam company, I was contacted by them, advising me I had bad reviews about my company. I paid them £1200 to remove them only to find out they were the ones who created the reviews!!
They research companies write bad reviews about them and then contact the company offering their services. It blackmails plain and simple. Whenever I called the company, only one person ever answered the phone!!
Simon Leigh the director, he claims he has a big team but its only ever him answering the calls. I would warn anyone against using them as they just big con artist
