Rip off merchants

We ordered a toy from Pure Land Organics - Family Organics 2701 University Ave. PMB 463 Madison, WI 53705 in 2004. My wife orderd this in early 2004 for our daughters Christmas present. They did not send the toy despite our constant requests. This was a great disappointment to our child and ruined our Christmas. They responded with excuses and no action. They kept our money ($520). We chased them from Australia until late 2004 when we noticed their website disappeared and their email address changed.

I recently noticed they are back as another name Pure Land Ethnobotanicals - SAME address!!

I think they are despicable for what they did. They obviously do not care.

BEWARE!!

Pure Land does NOT sell toys, is NOT a rip-off site, and they don't even sell to Australia! This complaint was made by a confused person who ordered from some other company, or this complaint was made by a competitor, the same as any negative review for Pure Land online. Pure Land sells research botanicals and is a reliable site for nearly 20 years.

The complaint maker may have been using codewords, like "toy", to make the complaint, rather than discuss the legally-questionable material being sold by Pure Land.

Pure Land is not a scam site, but the same products they sell can be found on alternative sites at much, MUCH more reasonable prices.

P.S...um think about the name even after the supposed change? What organic toy were you going to get for your child that cost $500+?

PureLand ethnobotanicals.com doesn't sell toys, you ***. they are a seed bank and botanical research company.

I don't know how you could get a website that offers anything for children and this website confused.

This complaint should be removed. It's ridiculous unless you got YOUR order and your child's confused while under the influence of stuff that isn't meant for human comsumption.
