My son and 4 friends went on the Naples Sunset Cruise on June 8, 2021. As the boat was parking, the boat kept crashing into a bridge.
My son, myself, and friends were scared. I called 911 twice, and they hung up on us. Horrible traumatizing experience.
I was told that the Naples Sunset Cruise emailing you regarding my reimbursement of $146.00. Please advise.
