Very happy with service and product

Excellent service with every one who helped me get my new doorwall. My new doorwall is amazing!!!!! The installition crew were awsome in explaining how the doorwall works and the extra features it has. They did not leave my house until they made sure I could lock the door properly, and the extra features the doorwall has.

No Response from Pure Energy

We had a Pure Energy representative visit us with the intent of gettiung a quote for a new door wall. The sales person (business cards defines him as Finance Manager) went through his spiel and after taking the measurements of our door wall determined that it was a non-standard size. He indicated that he would need to contact his manager before he could give us a quote. After 10 days we have not seen or heard anything from anyone at Pure Energy. Since that initial visit I have done some on line searches and after reading some of the the reviews I have to say that i am not particularly disappointed that i never heard back from them.

Love our new Windows!

We just had all the windows and two large window walls replaced by Pure Energy Window Company. These windows have totally changed the condo. It's lighter, brighter and no more frosted windows when I raise the blinds in the morning. These windows are such an improvement! We should have done this sooner. Pure Energy Window Company made sure the windows complied with the condo association bylaws so we had no worries that the color or style would be a problem. The installation was also fast and efficient and the workers made sure they left the place clean and tidy. Just the same as when they started except for the new, beautiful Windows.

Happy Homeowner

We asked Pure Energy Windows to give us presentation on their product. We had a couple windows with bad seals and wanted to replace them. We had already replaced nearly all of our windows at least once with warranty before the manufacture went out of business. We were looking for a company that made quality windows the first time! We were impressed with the no bull demonstration and the salesmanship. Never felt pressured in any way. If we had any questions or concerns, we were able to reach the owner in a timely manner. I can already tell the difference just in noise reduction alone. Workmanship is great! No problems here. We would hire them again. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Pure Energy Window Company screwed us over!

I had the worst experience with a local window company. We needed windows for our new home and decided to go with Pure Energy Windows because the person on the phone seemed very nice and honest. When they came to our house to give us a quote they were using ridiculously aggressive sales tactics, pressuring us into buying and pretty much threatening us. We should have known this was a bad idea. Now we really did NEED windows so we said oh well and went with them. As soon as we had our first problem - they disappeared. I cannot even get ahold of them now. Funny, I guess I'm not the only one with this experience according to what I found on Google News. Window Company Forms Under Dubious Circumstances ‘Pure Energy Window Company’ emerges from cloud of negative customer feedback. Lansing, March 27, 2015: Pure Energy Window Company, a Michigan window retailer headquartered in Lansing, Mich., recently formed in the wake of numerous customer complaints and negative feedback. Before creating Pure Energy, founders Matt Masters and Adrian Beaver were colleagues at a leading window supplier in Southeast Michigan. During their time there, Masters and Beaver were the top two salespeople in terms of customer complaints, before they finally parted ways in late 2014. Customers cited aggressive and hostile sales tactics, as well as a pattern of bullying behavior, in formal complaints regarding both Masters and Beaver. Others stated the Pure Energy founders made false promises, or misrepresented facts in an effort to close more sales. Taken from a formal customer complaint, “Adrian Beaver acted in a sarcastic manner with my wife, and called me closed-minded [when he was unable to close the sale].”

PureEnergy Window Co. – Adrian

If your sworn to secrecy and told not share your window estimate with anyone, RED FLAG!

Why Adrian, if it's a competitive quality product at a fair market value, what's to hide? I received two other window estimates (one being Home Depot), and neither company was unprofessional enough to swear to secrecy not sharing their estimate/cost. Adrian stated that PureEnergy had been in business for over 10 years; leaving out the fact that the company had changed names for legal reasons. Doing a little research you can clearly see how the companies Facebook page only dates back to '14, AND contacting the BBB they were established in August '14.

So the company hasn’t been in business for 10 years, very misleading. The company has changed names to avoid legal obligations to customers; it’s easiest for the company to simply change names? You can't find any information on the previous company, RED FLAG, I'll let you guess why (see previous post). Even for jobs that the company had “completed” in my area Adrian couldn't provide any addresses or referrals.

Be aware that the Facebook page from PureEnergy is only controlled by them, allowing no personal posts or reviews, only providing information that they want to share. Why not allow customers to comment on your Facebook page, I can only think of one reason? It's only my opinion, but from my limited research Plygem is a great company, but Adrian with PureEnergy is price gouging people, taking advantage of them writing contracts for a ridiculous markup. Adrain also stated that PureEnergy is the only permitted distributer of Plygem windows in the state of MI, and with one phone call I just confirmed 3 companies that sell they're windows in my city alone.

So, buyer beware that the information shared by Adrian is not true and is misleading.

I hope that this information saves others time and any hassle. If your approached by Adrian at PureEnergy, I'd simply call Plygem direct and deal with a local distributor of their windows.

I hired Pure Energy to replace a couple windows. I feel that they were very professional and honest!

Their product is top notch. I never felt harassed or bullied in anyway.

If I had a question, I was able to reach the owner directly. Adrian Beaver was very responsive to our questions and concerns in a very timely manner.

This response is coming from the owners of Pure Energy Window Co., Adrian Beaver and Matthew Masters. With over 46 collective years in sales and 33 years specifically in window and home improvement sales, we are committed to customer satisfaction.

If a customer ever has question or concern about their service, it is our top priority. For this reason, we were surprised when this negative review was made by an anonymous individual posing as a former customer. The investigation, which has been turned over to our attorney, has so far revealed that this anonymous poster has never been a customer of Pure Energy. As to the referenced press release, this too is another anonymous posting on a blog site that we believe is from the same source.

As to that source, we believe based on our preliminary investigation that this posting is coming from a competitor with a documented history (as set forth in various court filings and sworn affidavits) of engaging in questionable business tactics.

If you are concerned about the false reports made by this anonymous poster, please feel free to contact either Mr. Masters or Mr. Beaver directly at (248) 388-**** or (734) 223-**** respectively.

Again, we are committed to doing right by our customers and we will be happy to invest our time in that commitment and set the record straight as to these anonymous and false statements.

Thank-you,

Pure Energy Window Company

Funny how what the "anonymous" person said said some of the samethings from our sales person. Funny how prices dropped every time it just was to much.

I guess no guilt would have been felt if customer took the first Quote given. Then again I didnt purchase any so my opinion wont show or will be disproved.

How many customers hear the line we need to sell certain number by such and such date to get this price. Red flag again
