I was charged for the month of May when I took no classes. I had previously taken a few classes in March and April at $139 a month.

I was auto billed for June as well. I noticed the June charge because I had fraud from something else and I had to cancel the card.
Instead of calling me when she noticed that charge had not gone through, the studio owner turned me over to collections!! No call as to what my situation was, or why I had stopped coming. Now I get calls all the time saying now I owe $450 due to fees & interest!
I called her studio directly snd left her a message that I was not happy and to please call me back.

No return call. A client should never have to chase down the owner of a business of any kind, thats just not good customer service. She should be grateful for her clients and not take them for granted.

I guess I needed to get on the website to cancel, which I didnt know I needed to do. I also bought numerous pairs of special socks from her which are required for class, so all told I have spent over $500 for a handful of classes.

The owner should have called me to ask why I stopped coming or to at least check in. My clients do not have to chase me down, but that's what I feel I have to do with her.

I am just as busy as she is.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income as I feel her charges are deceptive. I went to fewer than 10 classes and have paid over $400, plus buying her $20 socks multiple times because mine were in the laundry!

They are liars and charged extra month of service after writing a letter stating January is the only time that I will be here.

Charge

I paid for the the month of January at Boynton beach Florida location . Where I spoke to front desk manager that signed me .

My issue with the place was . I was told I can used in 2 different locations.

Especially I told her I dont live in this area I come every other week .

I live in Palm Bay I can go to one in Viera . She stated yes then when I tried to go that one that they told me no .I wrote note that I will longer go there they are rude liar and took my money charged for month February when I canceled I only said I was going in January.

Car wreck

I was backing out of my driveway and was hit from behind, I was on my way to the studio and had to cancel my class. I talked to the studio and as always they were fantastic.

I love the Barre and instructors.

Always upbeat and willing to help with your form. I go to class every day, it was become part of my routine and I feel so much stronger physically and mentally.
