Dreadful customer service
My issue still hasn’t been resolved and they have not contacted me. I intend to visit their offices this week in Hemel Hempstead and contact my bank to start chargeback
I subscribed and purchased 2 starter kits on 8th November. On 11th November I received an email to say it had been shipped.
Tracked package on Evri tracking it has been stuck on "were expecting it since" Friday 11th November. Several emails to Purdy and & Figg all as I get back is the auto generated email that they are looking into it. Would be helpful if I could speak to someone or actually had a person email me with an update.
I would like my money back. --as

This was a present for my friend, she really liked it.
Make it easy to contact you, I need to speak to someone, this remote way is not good.
I need to speak with someone,
preferably a telephone call.

Placed order - not received
nPlaced order on 8th november. Evri lost it.
Email from yourselves saying for me to confirm address, which I did, they would rectify.. Nothing had been delivered.

Not being truthful about delay times
Ordered over 2 weeks ago , p and f says shipped but tracking says not delivered to courier.
Emailed and get automated reply may be a 2 to 4 days since delay on delivery which is frankly just not true.
They put out a great offer have had excess demand and should now be truthful about delays

I cancelled subscription. Their website says I have no active subscriptions but an order is arriving out of the blue and the money has been taken out of my account.

Resolved: You have received my product BACK but have taken the payment never the less
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I have written numerous times about an order that I had cancelled THREE weeks prior to its delivery. The cost was then taken out of my account .
When I wrote to inform you that it had been cancelled, I was told that it was too late as it was already out for delivery. I checked with EVRI and found that it had been returned.
I have written since and had no reply. Can you provide me with a telephone number to enable me to actually speak to someone,

I have received a order from a cancelled account
On the 10 Jan I received an order out of the blue money taken 20 .80 I wish for a full refund and all my details to be deleted at once
My subscription was cancelled last June

Please confirm refund and that you have removed me from any data base I will then return the package which remains unopened you also had not emailed me to say this would be arriving I have had no direct emails since last June as I say

I do like the product; it smells wonderful and works fairly well for an eco-product. Unfortunately, the small glass refills are not as friendly as you may think.
The advantages and disadvantages of a glass bottle:
Like paper, glass is fully recyclable.
It can also be endlessly reprocessed with no loss of quality, according to England's national recycling campaign, Recycle Now. Glass is also a highly recycled material, with an average recycling rate of up to 80%, according to Glass Alliance Europe, while the paper recycling rate is at 66.2%, according to Recycling Today.
However, due to the heaviness of the material, transport emissions are high and glass can only be recycled in furnaces which use a lot of energy in order to reach a high heat, thus emitting pollution.
Furthermore, glass is made from sand, soda ash, limestone, and other additives. These materials needed to produce glass have to be quarried, which is a process that creates visual pollution and destroys wildlife habitats.
I won't be reordering.
