Cheap Water Scam
Yes I am talking about Puralife/Rainsoft in Riverside on Chicago Avenue, who are swindlers and Liars and have the most EXPENSIVE water cleansing/filtration devices and services on the Market. Why deal with them when you can Buy from someone else!!!!! DO NOT LET THEM IN, ESPECIALLY IF LAST NAME IS MARTINEZ!!!! We know Riverside California has some of the worst drinking water in United States, but you dont have to be lied to,insulted and scammed to know that!!!!!! Do you want to spend most and receive NOTHING in Return?? They have bad reviews and maybe Rainsoft should DUMP THEM and Martinez's and just support Nestle Purelife water like we do !

I Have NEVER been so disappointed as I had by Pura-Life/Rain Soft water, I hope you read this and decide on a different Company as there are plenty out there! They come out and hang tight in your kitchen and test your water ( seems like seven tests) it is the most expensive system and they try to sell you all they\'re soaps.
Air Cleaners, anything but clean water.
Why Rainsoft keeps them as a Dealer I will NEVER KNOW, no integrity and lots of fast talking, and EXPENSIVE. Go to another Company like we did and you will sleep better!

I am so tired of Companies in the news who abuse Customers,take advantage of them and seem to 'get away with it,one consumer said: "Where is Chris hanson?". he needs to investigate Pura life - Rain soft for the unethical business practices, especially the Owner(s) , people genrally lacking in any moral fibre, whatever happened to good water? It isnt here...I have never seen so many complaints. Shop in San Bernardino and save yourself aggravation and time but Most of all Money!!!!!You want water and they want to sell soap!Go Elsewhere and do yourself a favor!!!!

I have read reports and have had contact with Scam Artists on Chicago ave Riverside, water is important so Why are these scam artists still around? Doesnt the circus ever leave???I feel after meeting the Owners that I have been 'jacked' in the parking lot. I have water worries as do most out here in the Inland Empire, but I will not deal with pirates from Puralife/Rainsoft and I would recommend any other Company but these pirates. Save money, get better water and go somewhere else! You live where you can find better Companies with more integrity and manners and certainly better tasting water that is More Affordable!

I had a neighbor who had Puralife/Rainsoft over, couldnt get them /it out! Rue and too much money, go somewhere else!!!!!!! They are expensive and God forbid you buy all your soaps from them and the lady is a bold-faced liar!!!You can find better Companies in Los Angeles, they have some integrity like Culligan.You can also find other Companies in Riverside,Escondido,Temecula, etc.Save yourself some pain and trouble,skip Puralife and Rainsoft, unless of course you want to pay more???????? And dont care about personal Service. Call Culligan and get the BEST TODAY, forget Puralife crooks!!!

I live in Riverside and almost made the mistake of buying water cleansing system from Puralife filtration system. They are knowledgeable but lacking in integrity I wont do business with them. Maybe you will??? My name is Darren Miner and I represent an unnamed family, it shall remain that way. I dont like *** either!!!!!!!!!! They came over and want to stand by kitchen sink.WE KNOW OUR WATER IS BAD!!!!! That is why we buy bottled water to drink. But when they wont leave until you pay thousand for the system(s) that is too much. Then they insist on selling other systems to you as well. Here is a joke: What did birdies say to Puralife/rainsoft on Chicago ave,Riverside? Cheap,cheap, everything changed,owner wanted me to pay my own background check and leave a cancelled check that they months later have still not returned. And then teach you to misrepresent water product to consumers, where does it end? And them owner gives you to marketing ( a family member ) who he knows is a real dragon.Maybe you want to do business with them? They pretend they are something that they are not. Look at someone more legitimate if you want a water system.

The man that posted this complaint was upset because was not hired.
These reviews appear disengenious. Seven "different" complaints, all at the same time, all with equal comand of the language adds up to one angry ex-employee.
The Pur-a-life folks I know are memebers in good standing with the BBB and the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. Don't let one angry individual snow you with lies and slander.

Yes this is the PUR-A-LIFE/RainSoft located in Riverside, CA. What a rip off!
It's very expensive!!!! AND the PRESIDENT/CEO himself, Rob poses to be just a salesman and stays at your house for about 3 hours and won't leave until you agree to buy!
When we did cancel, they got really rude, would NOT give us proof of cancellation and hung up on us!!!!!!
