They act like I don't exist!

I've tried sooooo many times to resolve this issue with them but without success. At the beginning I just wanted to check on my auto delivery schedule.

But now I'm SO FRUSTRATED that I just want to cancel any/all service from them. Their system won't recognize ANY of the information I enter. How can I cancel a service from a company that "says" I don't exist? Except, of course, when they want to sell me something.

Worthless diffuser. Overpowering fragrances.

Impossible 30 day return policy. Take you in circles trying to beat you down with frustrating messages and make it almost impossible for a seamless return. Still trying but see through the tactics.

This company should be a consumer beware before you buy. Very overrated and questionable integrity.
