I received anorder that was missing some items. A new label had to be used because the shipping code was destroyed.

I have been a loyal Puracy customer for years and have recommended their products to my friends and family. I made a large purchase in January through the website that should have been enough for the year.

Yesterday, I received another shipment and saw that my credit card was charged $68. Somehow, I was set up for automatic shipments this time even though I have been ordering with the company for years and have never used autoship. I tried to contact customer service but they have no number anymore. Im sure this isnt a coincidence.

They probably have so many complaints about similar purchases that they dont have the manpower to deal with them. I have emailed their customer service. I just want to warn their customers about this so they can avoid the hassle I am going through right now. I went to my account and deleted my card information.

I will be very surprised if I am issued a refund. I have enough dishwasher pods now to last me 2-3 years.
