I'm only receiving one scent a month instead of my two.
December 2022 I only received one scent, I did not receive the Hawaii Scent, the same thing happened in January 2023, I only received one scent and not the Hawaii. February is my month 6 so I will be requesting my account to be closed for good. Leslie Jennings

I cant afford my subscription at this time please cancel. Its a great product I love scents but I just cant afford them anymore.

I'm only receiving one scent a month instead of my two.
In the 6 month trial you pick two scents to be shipped to you every months. My order was placed September 19, 2022. First three months went ok, fourth month, December, 2022 I only received 1 of my scents, the volcano Scent the Hawaiian scent was never shipped. The same happened on the fifth month January 2023. No Hawaiian scent shipped. They have disconnect all phone numbers and Ive sent 3 e mails which none has been answered. Also after the first month payment the price went up $2.00.

Seems to be an inactive phone number when attempting to call. Have not found any other viable way to contact Pura.
