- - Delivery didn't occur; driver says Ritz was closed; manager will investigate.
on the 18th of june I ordered from Pura Vida Key biscayne at the ***,through a link that Pura Vida
sent me, this was done at 7.45 pm for $58 and some cents. The order no. was 146.
Paid with my discover card ending in 5973.
The order never came and the uber lady told me that when she got to the Ritz it was closed, I never ordered Uber they did.
I went and complained to the Manager of Pura Vida at the Ritz, she said she was going to look into it and call customer service and that maybe there was a bug and that why I was not informed that they were closing.
It is very disconcerting that you client service is not very professional especially at that location, I have heard bad reviews from people that have gone to the Ritz.
