Trying to order bracelets for a credit I have, sent multiple emails. No one will respond or send bracelets…terrible customer service!!

Order from Christmas was sold out. Trying to get order in for $30 credit. Keep emailing but still no bracelets received

Need replacement bracelet

Purchased bracelet gif granddaughter for Christmas . She loved it !! Third time she wore it if dropped off her wrist - all I want is a replacement - no refining
