Will not give refund

I ordered 3 pur-well sleep tight neck saver charcoal bed pillows. The pillows are so hard that it is impossible to sleep on them I contacted the company and told them that 2 of the pillows were not even taken out of the box. They refused to refund my money for the 2 unused pillows. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They also charged me 4.99 for shipping on an order that was never ordered!? It was ridiculous the hoops I had to jump through to try to get the 4.99 back. They don't the meaning of satisfaction guaranteed.
