Sold a sick puppy and refused responsibility

I purchased a puppy from this seller through Puppies.com, and the puppy was presented as healthy at the time of sale.
Shortly after bringing the puppy home, he developed serious eye problems. A licensed veterinarian examined him and confirmed that this condition may be congenital, meaning it likely existed prior to the sale.
This condition may lead to partial or complete vision loss if not properly treated.
The seller refuses to take any responsibility, communicates rudely, and avoids resolving the issue.
We have full documentation, including veterinary reports, medical records, photos, and videos confirming the condition.
If needed, I am ready to provide all supporting evidence.
As a result, we are now forced to consider legal action, which is extremely stressful and time-consuming. We purchased this puppy for our child, and this situation has become a very upsetting and emotional experience for our family.
I strongly recommend that potential buyers be extremely cautious and thoroughly verify the health and background of any puppy before purchasing from this seller.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They didnt say much of anything i just had to use a different emsil i think my grandaughter had done somethung with my email. I cant even get on it anymore
Theres no number u can only email them i still have no ideal what i did wrong. I only post pics of my puppies or older ones i want to sell!
