Awful conditions
My puppys breeder unfortunately talked me into shipping my puppy instead of me going to pick her up. This was the company that brought her to me about a year ago. When she arrived, she had sores on her paws that the vet guessed was from standing in urine for days.
She was traumatized when she arrived, beyond what Ive seen after bringing a new puppy home

LOST MY DOG IN DESERT
We hired Pup Protectors Pet Transport Service through Citizens Shippers to ship our dog in a family relocation from Phoenix to Chicago. They lost our 17 lb. dog in the desert in Gallup, New Mexico at night at a truck stop.
Our special needs son has lost his dog and is devastated.

Terrible people they lost the poor dog in the desert very unprofessional who loses somebodys dog that someones family member thats terrible heartbreaking and they dont even let them know until the next day seriously!

I agree PUP PROTECTORS PET TRANSPORT failed to deliver our Pet, took our $500 and blocked me along with other negative reviews on their website. Our Dog is still missing!!
