This firm ships the wrong product and makes you pay for the return even though it is there mistake. They have an "F" Better Business Bureau rating and deserve it. They also seem to operate under the name of Avatar Case which uses the same shipping address for returns. Buyer Beware. Ordered an Iphone case and received the wrong color. Had to ship it back at my expense even though it was their error. Still waiting for refund to hit my CC account.

Never Received Package

This company is aweful. I ordered an iPhone 11 charger case. 3 weeks went by, I never received my case. I asked for an update, they said it was in transit. OkAnother week goes by, I ask for an ETA, I was told international shipping can take up to 4-5 weeksthe shipment was from NYC to Philadelphia. 3 more days go by, I ask for a refund, I was told I couldnt receive one because my package was in transit. Its been almost 2 monthsno case & no refund. SCAM, DO NOT BUY. Thats my TedTalk.

Excitedly Bought a punkcase, battery case similar to a mophie, for my new galaxy...took 2 weeks to come in and less than 2 weeks to quit working. Sent an email as theres no one answering phones. Just recordings telling u to email. Received a response telling me I received a defective case. Would I like another? I replied yes and sent them my order number as requested. I ordered the case back in March. That's how long it's been. I waited 3 weeks. No phone case, I have sent numerous emails, no replies. I'm so disgusted with this company
