Pump It Up Party

My family and I had a bad experience at one of your locations and this was it. I could find your contact info to CC you on the email to corporate. The fact you own a facility thats not being cared you might want to read this.

Last night January 27, 2024 my family and I visited the Roselle Park location. Im not even sure where to start. Aside from there was one young male employee that just seemed to want to do his job and was very courteous I wish I would have gotten his name before writing this but HERE WE GO.

Number one the facility is DIRTY, no air conditioning or access to water where is this world do you expect children to drink out of a WATER FOUNTAIN in this time we are living in post pandemic. (I believe a water bottle policy should be taken into effect)

Shut off lights with no warning There were children as young as 2 and as old as 17 playing together in the dark. I think reevaluating your age groups for parties.

One of staff members was in the ninja room hanging above my kids messing around and almost fell. Which would have landed him on top of my 3 year of. The amount of hazards and ZERO supervision In that area is a law suit waiting to happen. The entire staff was huddled up not doing anything for hours. I have video of them doing nothing meanwhile the place reeks of stale pizza and theres dirt and garbage on the floor but the staff is just there yelling and chilling out.

Shorty after my children played in the foam blocks they both have severe eye irritation. Which they did not have prior to going.

Then your company will be receiving another email in regard to what happened in the party room. Long story short staff was rushing is ruined my nephews bakery items we bought for the party and then went on to be rude and call the cops on my family when she was just lazy and couldnt have things her way. On top of that my kids couldnt even drink in the party ROOM again we were told to use the fountain ?!!! Are you insane have you seen your fountain or anything else at this location. Im sorry if this is offensive to your business but its being run children who frankly dont give a ***

When I called to complain the owner told me we were treated badly because our party was high and drunk.

We were extremely disappointed and anguished after birthday party event at pumpitup Pleasanton yesterday. we had packed snacks and birthday decorations inside a big bag(banner, table clothes, ballon, napkins etc etc of icrecream theme as per my daughter's choice).

All of these were packed in a bag and were handed over to the staff at the time of sign-in and were kept in a trolly as per their advice. At the time of cake cutting all of these stuff (food, decoration items) were missing. When asked they didnt have an answer. Then we found they had used all of these for another party in an adjacent room.

everyone of us were stunned and astonished to see this as we didnt have any time to find alternate. the party was ruined. The staff were very unprofessional and insensitive even after this.

When i expressed my concern and disappointment, they were giggling behind. I have never had any such experience anywhere and neither other locations of pumpitup (milpitas, fremont).

This pump it up in dallas is terrible they need to replace everything, dirty torn up and smells, the slide are ripped up and old!!! its ridiculous how it looks , I have pictures to prove it.dirty torn up basketball, I asked the lady at the front desk if they could purchase new balls , she said they steal the balls and she just found those, I mentioned they are a dollor at the dollor tree, and she disagreed that they weren't and you can't find the size, excuses! and don't care that kids are playing with torn up things when I paid 25 bucks to get in, surely you can spend five dollars and watch the balls so they won't steal.

We didnt get all of our add ones. They said we would have four tables and there was only two.

We was Crandall crammed up in a room. They didnt do the proper cleaning before we got into the room and then when we asked her about it, she spray Lysol, and said that they spared before we came in. We was being rushed the whole time and they head lady was rude. They had us come in late because the last party was running behind and was rushing us and making us pack us early.

They was supposed to take pictures and play them in the room and they didnt.

One of the bouncer had *** and I almost fell on my baby. They make it seem big, but it was a small space for us to have the vip package.

My four year old daughter and I were at pump it up for open jump. There was a girl employee that was in charge of a camp, and a male employee that was working the front with the open jump kids.

It was the end of the time alotted and my daughter was going down the slide one last time. All of the sudden the slide began collapsing and my daughter began yelling and crying. I didnt realize it was purposefully deflated and suddenly after hearing my daughter yelling the female employee came around the corner apologizing. I noticed all of the other bounce houses around us were completely deflated and my daughter was lucky to have been on a slide where there was no roof otherwise it would have collapsed on top of her!!

Would have suffocated her had she been in that one! The girl did not check to see if anyone was still on the bounce houses when she deflated them and I really cant believe they would flip the switch without checking !? Especially since she was running the camp with other young children?!

So dangerous and we will not be back. I couldnt believe it.
