False advertising and abysmal customer service

I purchased a sweeps coin package from PB yesterday, September 14th. I got an email about a promotion for Friday the 13th.

Spend $22 and receive $30 in sweeps coins and 30 free tickets for bingo. Only, I didn't get ANY tickets.

I waited all day. I sat in their horrible live chat, talking to gaslighting dummies giving me the runaround.

My boyfriend and I are members of many online casinos. He mostly plays Slots LV and Cafe Casino.

I always tell him about the sweeps casinos and he always said they seemed like a scam so he never even tried them before. I saw that Pulsz had a referral incentive and I mentioned it to him. He said he'd make an account and deposit on it just so I could get the bonus. I sent him the link and he proceeded to make his first Pulsz account and purchased over the minimum amount required for me to get the referral bonus.

He spent $20, the minimum for the bonus to activate is $15. He played his $20 and called me afterward asking how I did. I told him I never received the incentive thinking maybe it takes a while. He said, 'Nah on Cafe Casino and Bovada it's issued instantly.

I told you these websites are scams, Haley.' I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and sent an email. It took four days for a response and they just told me I don't qualify. They wouldn't tell me why.

I followed all of the rules/steps and everything was legitimate. It's sad to see I talked my boyfriend into wasting money on such an awful establishment with insensitive/vague customer service.
