I purchased two automatic soap dispensers. They looked great in the ad. I paid $26.54. The items were defective. Every time I walked by, it dispensed soap, even if I was four feet away. What a mess. They refunded me $19.98. I should receive a full refund. If it worked properly, I would have kept it. It was their fault, not mine and I deserve a full refund.
