Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just kept texting, they have no phone #.

And customer service is terrible. They keep sending ads to buy, aren’t even aware that someone actually sent me one.

Still no customer service response to my 7 requests for delivery. I have repeatedly given order # and confirmation e-mail to Pulsetto.

PULSETTO device (plus extra gel) ordered Dec. 02 on PULSETTO web site.

Credit card paid $209, debited from bank Dec. 02. Received congratulations e-mail confirming purchase on Dec. 03.

Order # listed.

Since then nothing except our customer service team will get back within 48 hours. No

Phone #.

I have e-mailed 2x/wk, enclosing order #, e-mail confirmation date, name, delivery address, and phone #, e-mail address. Nothing except, get this, they have signed me up for $15/month optional therapy sessions, of which I knew nothing and did not ask for.
